Airalo can get you off the jetway; physical Dialog still helps inland calls. Physical SIM if inland days still need a desk; Airalo is extra. On this fork: Airalo plus a physical Dialog is the grown-up desk. eSIM-only inland pride is pride or a rumour. I will not invent a fee or a 21 Aug official colour.
