Do hotels use UK style power sockets?

I am packing my bags now. Do most guesthouses use the three rectangular pin UK plugs.

Most modern hotels and renovated guesthouses use the UK style Type G plug. Bring a universal adapter just in case, but you will use the UK setting mostly.
