Do I still need USD 60 cash at CMB when we leave?
Old blog said pay embarkation tax in the departure hall. Another said it is in the ticket now. Flying out 2 Sep, do not want a surprise.

Embarkation levy and passenger service charge are normally collected by the airline in the ticket. Look for OD / YQ / CMB codes. You should not be queuing with dollars at a window in 2026 for a normal international departure. Transit-without-entering is usually exempt.
Numbers people quote (from a calculator citing the airport tariff, not something I watched them stamp): adult international about USD 60 embarkation + 18 PSC. SAARC and kids cheaper. Believe the ticket breakdown over a 2019 blog. We paid nothing extra at the desk.
