Forecast looks showery. Do poncho sellers still walk the First Randoli route on Sunday evenings, or should we bring our own cover before we claim a spot.

Sellers usually appear when clouds look serious, but do not rely on them. Pack a light poncho in the daybag so a shower does not send you hunting mid-parade.

A cheap fold poncho from a morning shop beats paying rush prices on the kerb. Keep electronics in a zip bag either way.

If you forgot, roadside stalls near the lake often still have covers before dusk. Buy before you lock into a spot.
