No, you absolutely do not need a corona vaccination certificate to enter Sri Lanka anymore. The government has completely removed all COVID 19 entry requirements, including vaccination proof and pre departure testing, for all foreign travelers.

If an unofficial visa website is asking you to upload your vaccination certificates and charging a fee for health verification, it is definitely a scam. Only use the official government ETA portal.

The airport processes are entirely back to pre pandemic normal. You just need your standard passport, the approved Electronic Travel Authorization ETA, and your arrival card filled out.
