Private driver who brought us up is circling Katugastota and cannot reach the hotel. We walk out to him after a short stand, or he waits until streets thin.

Walk out to a named junction on the diverted side and send a photo. He will not reach the hotel until the inner streets free, and that is late.

We walked to Mahaiyawa and he was already there. Waiting at the hotel door wasted an hour last night.
