Train into Dambulla the day before, room, cave at opening. Same-day driver-and-cave is a cooker with a speech. If you hire a driver, the cave is tomorrow, not an add-on after a highway. I will not invent a hire rate.

Driver is kinder with an elder and bags. Train is kinder with bounce. Both sleep in town first.
