Drivers are already quoting finish-surge tuk fares after end rumors even though dancers still pass. Ignore and walk outer, or pay once. Not end-of-parade prices while troupes dense as the earlier deep-mid thread, and not Grab ETA huge on a dense curb alone.

End rumors create fake surge quotes while the cortege continues. Walk outer pavement to a quieter pin and ignore finish pricing until the street actually empties. Paying panic fares three hours in is how you fund a rumor.

If drops started, walk with shell on rather than accepting the first quoted fare.
