Poncho already used on a kerb. West hop is leftover rain. Phone needs to live. Ordinary bags.

Dry bag for the phone. Poncho still works on a hop if it is not a hole. Bin it if it is kerb-mud. A dry phone matters more than staying pretty. Procession already taught that.
