Sunday international around seven from CMB. Staying central Colombo. How early should we actually leave so check-in is calm — is a huge buffer needed on Sunday, or is the city still soft that early.

Leave with a real buffer. Sunday is softer than weekdays, but one slow junction plus airport queues still eats the map ETA.

Aim to be airside early rather than perfect timing. Stress at the gate is worse than coffee at the terminal.

Confirm the driver the night before. Sunday dawn no-shows are rare but painful when they happen.
