East overnight from Wellawatte, AC bus versus the cheaper one that still runs — heat caution and a kid who already melted once today

Want Batticaloa by morning. AC is a pin. Cheaper one still on the board. Heat advisory in Colombo this afternoon. Ordinary bags, one small case.

AC if the kid already melted. Cheaper if they can sleep sitting and you have water. Write the board at Fort or Wellawatte, not a Facebook seat. I will not invent a festival extra. Heat caution is a bottle and a fan at the stand, not a reason to panic-buy a van.

We took AC from Wellawatte, slept, arrived. Fine. Cheaper would have been a maybe and a heat story.

Batticaloa end is ordinary. Do not invent a lagoon tax at the Colombo stand.

If you go Pettah with bags in this heat, tuk around. Do not hero-walk the lanes at 16:00.

Kids: AC. Pride counts rupees and then owns a 2am melt.

Bambalapitiya food first. A hungry overnight is a worse heat.
