28 Aug after the last Randoli drums. Streets are leftover, not a restart. Wet cobbles at Raja Veediya leftover cones. I will not invent a Saturday Kandy cortege. Need a walk-out that does not argue with cones. Partner already has a tuk number that feels like a tour.
