A tuk is ordinary. A Fort-is-shut price is not, because only Church Street is coned. Move a sitting Grab pin. Agree rupees. Pay AC or a seat. An elder is the timetable. In Kandy this is an ordinary leftover decision. If the desk already holds, keep it. We would not leave anyone in a parked van. Then sleep.
