Second Randoli is listed 7:00. That is a listed start, not a typed stamp. At Peradeniya gardens gate, lobby then walk. stand from 16:00 is how you buy a plaster or a sulk. Hold pavement, sit low, leave when they melt. I will not invent a reserved street or a chair tariff.
