Friday 28 Aug, Kandy is ordinary town once the night cortege is done. We are at Raja Veediya without drums. Damp white shirt. Festival ended today after Dahawal, no night restart. Asking before we pay a leftover tout. I want the grown-up fork, not the pride fork.

Friday Kandy is ordinary town. Courtyard if you cover and the queue is not a story. Then leave. Dahawal 2:18 is optional daylight, not a night kerb. No restart. Lived pin: Raja Veediya without drums.

Rice was still steaming two streets off. First grill was tired oil.
