Feeling flat this morning after the long Second Randoli stand. Where do we get simple electrolytes at a nearby pharmacy.

Any pharmacy near the lake can sell oral salts; pair with water and a salty snack, not only sweet juice.

I bought a packet of oral rehydration salts two shops down from the lake and drank it slowly with a bun; felt human again by lunch.

If someone is dizzy or not peeing, that is clinic territory; for ordinary flatness, salts plus rest is the usual traveler fix.
