Notes are thin at Ella cafe strip. Line already at 8. Card still works at the guesthouse but we need cash for tuks and fruit. 26 Aug pin.

Walk to Kandy kovil door first if this queue is a tourist pile. Ella cafe strip ATMs run out when everyone thinks the same. If both fail, town side, not a cousin with a POS. Do not invent a cash shutdown. It is queues.
