Empty reserved board at Pettah — miracle train or we sit the van that exists — with a damp room and a kettle, 31 Aug

Stand at Pettah, Monday 31 Aug. A group chat promised a later seated bus. A van is filling now. Elder in the group. Ordinary bags. I do not want a night tuk because we waited for a maybe. With a damp room and a kettle, 31 Aug. Cannot tell if this is ordinary or a tired mistake. Locals, please contradict the group chat.

Sit the van that is filling. An empty reserved board at Pettah is not a miracle. A group chat is not a timetable. Seated later beats standing now if an elder vetoes; standing now beats a night tuk if the last hop dies with light. Write the grown-up station. I will not invent a 31 Aug timetable.

We took the quieter fork at Pettah. Fine. No one clapped.

Flags before cousins. The bar does not write the poles.

Kids lasted forty minutes. We peeled. Bedtime won.
