Physical Dialog at the arrivals desk. eSIM dying in the jetway is ordinary enough. Desk pack, passport. Don't stand rebooting Airalo while the elder sits on a bag.

Airport wifi is enough to open PickMe if you must hop first, then a town Dialog in the morning. Desk is faster.
