We have a small thermos already. Better to fill it with cold water after the nap for the curb, or keep buying sealed bottles. Not a hot-tea thermos plan, and not a mid-day bottle refill without a cafe sit as the whole errand.

Filling a clean thermos with cold filtered water after the nap works well if the hotel offers a safe refill point — seal it tight and pack a sealed bottle as backup.

Ice only if you trust the source; many travelers skip ice and still chill the thermos in the room fridge briefly.
