First timers. Desk says first Randoli is listed 6:44. We stood a Kumbal night earlier in the week and mostly saw backs. Kid will last maybe an hour. No balcony budget. Sit-mat in the daypack.

Hold Dalada Veediya if you want the actual line. The lake loop is pretty and you will miss the tusker hour. 6:44 is the listed start, not a promise the first elephant is on the kerb at 6:44. Arrive early, sit low, zip the water, ear cups on the kid. Leave when they melt. Nobody is selling that metre.

We held Dalada, kid lasted fifty minutes, walked to the lake for ice. Fine.

Lake is kinder if the kid already melted on a Kumbal night. Be honest you came for drums, not a full Randoli.

Sit-mat yes. Folding stool gets stared at. Do not argue with a family who got there first.

Ear cups in the daypack. Pride posts a video and owns a crying child.
