FlightStats at eight is still scattered 27 - no new CMB line, friend still roll
Just now FlightStats is still scattered clouds and 27 and very low. That is the same line as the last refresh this morning, not a new airport note. Friend is still in Colombo asking if they should wait for a delay word. I think eight o'clock did not change CMB. Tell them to roll, or wait for a new weather line.

FlightStats CMB this fetch: delay VERY LOW, Scattered clouds, 27 C, 9 kt SW, vis 6 mi. Trend word still not on the page, do not invent decreasing. No new verified board row I can swear to. Do not invent a terminal delay from an overnight arrival row.
If they want 6:28 PM in Kandy, they should already be on the A1. Scattered 27 is not a hold.
Save them a kerb. Do not wait for FlightStats to write a new sentence.
