Foreca finally stamped 7:26 - did the Saturday columns actually move this time

Just now Foreca on Kandy says updated 7:26. All morning it sat on 6:26 and we treated seven as the live hour. Partner thinks the page just reprinted the same columns with a new clock. I think dusk and the afternoon rain actually moved. Do we keep the 6:26 plan for 6:28 PM, or read the new stamp.

Foreca Kandy, Colombo, Ella and Nuwara Eliya all Updated at 22/08 7:26 AM. Columns moved: 6pm is 0.1 mm light rain was 0 mm cloudy, 4pm 0.1 mm was 0.8, noon gusts 50 was 54, 9am gusts 43 was 47. This is a new morning stamp, not a reprint.

Leave 17:30 anyway. 0.1 mm at dusk is a compact umbrella, not a cancellation.

Do not keep quoting the 1.83 mm Saturday total from the 6:26 stamp. Cite the hourly 7:26 columns. Weather inquiries 011 268 6686.
