Foreca just wiped the 0.1 off Kandy 6pm - is the light-rain dusk hour actually gone
Partner is still packing the poncho because the earlier board said cloudy and light rain with 0.1 mm at six. Foreca just stamped a new board and that dusk hour is 0 mm Cloudy now. Is the light-rain strip off the hourly, or did they just round the same drizzle away.

It moved. New stamp is 22/08 6:46 pm. Kandy 6pm is 0 mm / Cloudy / 25C / gusts 32 / precip 31%. The 0.1 mm cloudy-and-light-rain dusk is stale.
Keep a compact cover for the 31% chance. Do not pack as if the old 0.1 light-rain symbol is still printed.
Katugastota Met already showed 0.0 mm fairday at 1730 - supporting colour only. The story is the Foreca 6pm dry-out.
