Foreca Saturday now shows afternoon showers then 6.28 cloudy - jacket for the 5th or still tonight's dry page
Earlier Foreca said tonight was under 10 percent. We used that to walk home. Saturday's hourly now has 2pm-5pm showers, 41 to 51 percent, a few tenths of a millimetre, then 6pm cloudy at 43 percent which is exactly when the 5th Kumbal starts. Do we pack the jacket for tomorrow or is this still the 21.27 stamp lying.

Foreca's 22 Aug page, same 21:27 update as tonight: overnight still ~10-11% / 0 mm; Saturday 14:00-17:00 showers 41-51% (0.3-0.6 mm); 18:00 cloudy, 0 mm, 43% - that is the 6:28 start window; 19:00-23:00 cloudy 34% down to 24%. Carry the jacket you already have. Do not buy a new poncho as a ritual. Do not cancel Saturday on 0.6 mm.
Hill afternoons spit. The 5th Kumbal is still 6.28 from the Maligawa, same 1.27 km, no cancellation on any wire at 10pm. A light layer in the day bag is the whole decision.
Morning bulletin still had spells of showers in Kandy today. Saturday's warm-weather advisory is east / north daytime, not a Kandy-night washout. Do not mix those.
