Yes emerging scene. Guided forest bathing sessions in Sinharaja buffer forest, Knuckles range, and Horton Plains — 3-hour immersion walks led by trained practitioners (some Japanese-trained). Cost 6000-12000 LKR per person. Different from a hike — deliberate slow sensory presence.

Book through eco-lodges (Jetwing Vil Uyana runs sessions, some Nilambe Meditation Centre guides offer this). Best in early morning fog conditions. Not for anyone with mobility issues — 3+ hours slow walking in forest.
