Fort ATM on a Sunday night — wait the bank-door machine or walk to the station one

Notes are thin after the hop. We skipped the airport machine because the queue looked like a story. Fort bank door at 01:15 already has three people who thought the same. Card still works at the guesthouse. We need cash for tuks and a hopper.

Walk toward the station machine first. Bank-door machines follow a timetable and run out when everyone lands on a leftover-rain Sunday. If both fail, a second bank on York Street in the morning, not a cousin with a POS. Do not invent a Colombo-wide cash shutdown. It is queues.

Station machine had notes. Bank-door was a tourist pile. Fine.

Screenshot the balance. A failed swipe still counts on some cards.

Kids: one adult queues, the rest sit in shade even at night.

If you need a lump, do it near the station, not only inside a dead market lane.

We took the quieter fork: station first. No one clapped.
