Wait the inner lane. Heat caution today is shade and water, not a drama. The lighthouse stretch is the oven after ten. Walk Church Street in the shade, do the wall when it is dull. Sandals on hot laterite is how you meet a clinic. Nobody is closing the Fort.
We sat Pedlar until the stones felt dull, then walked. Fine. Flip-flops at eleven were a mistake yesterday.
Inner path, closed shoes, bottle. Pride hurries a sunrise photo at noon and hops home on one foot.
Lighthouse side gets the wind and the heat. If you must walk, do it after four, not now.
