Leaving Kandy Friday 28 Aug. Dead sim. We can still smell leftover drums. Peradeniya tuk to the station with bags is the fork versus staying for Dahawal listed 2:18 PM. Bags are real. Pride is not a timetable. Partner already has a tuk number that feels like a tour.

Leave. Festival ended Friday. Dahawal 2:18 is a daylight maybe, not a reason to miss a seated hop. Write the fare. Dump bags. Do not carry shells through leftover cones. Lived pin: Peradeniya tuk to the station with bags.

Kids lasted forty minutes. We peeled. Tusker or not, bedtime won.
