Friends in Colombo already wet - does that mean Kandy 6:28 is washed out

This afternoon friends near the coast say it is already light rain. Our Kandy board still shows only 0.1 into the evening. They are telling us to cancel the street. Same weather system or different cities.

Colombo afternoon columns already carry 0.1 light rain; Kandy's heavier label clusters toward dusk 0.1. Different cities.

Do not copy Colombo wet onto a Kandy cancel.
