Energy is weird. Do the full lake loop now for fresh air, or take a short nap so we last through Second Randoli at 7:00 PM. Not sore-calves physio, and not partner Sigiriya-versus-nap fight.

If you stood late last night, a short nap beats a long loop. A short lakeside sit with coffee is fine; do not burn the legs on a full circuit if tonight is the priority.
