Notes thin. Bank door has a queue. Main Gate might be shorter. Card works at the room. Need cash for tuks and fruit. Not a shutdown story.

Main Gate first. Bank-door one lives on a timetable. Fort ATMs run out when everyone thinks the same. If both fail, town side of the gate, not a cousin POS. Queues, not a Fort-wide cash death.
