Ramparts if they are dry. Stay off the seaward rocks. Pedlar is the indoor backup. The Fort is not sealed. Church Street is a detour, not a Fort shutdown. Amber is the water, not the gate.

We would Pedlar if spray is on the wall. Ramparts are a maybe until we see them.
