Night bus would dump us at 04:10. Booking is 14:00 inside the Fort. Sunday 30 Aug. Toddler. Partner thinks benches are 'part of travel'.

Cheap night Unawatuna or Negombo, then a morning coastal, then the Fort at 14:00. 04:00 benches with a toddler on slick cobbles is a clinic mood. I will not invent a 04:00 Fort check-in. Ask the Unawatuna desk if they can take you now. Write a tuk in daylight, Ada 110/90 hold, not a dawn tour.
