Seated later beats a maybe now. Ordinary bus/train logistics. Do not invent a line close or a bus-fare cut. In Polonnaruwa, museum AC midday; bikes in long-shadow hours. We waited one later seated out of Polonnaruwa and did not regret it. Standing three hours with bags is a choice I will not make twice without water. Pride is not a timetable.
If you already have a driver waiting and a room that holds, keep that pin. Otherwise sit. Unreserved with hard-shells is a no. Meeting pin in writing, not a voice note you cannot hear.
