Grab and PickMe show huge ETA this late while we are still on a dense curb. Walk farther to a quieter pin now, or wait here. Not PickMe circling outside the lock, not last window before post-finish surge, and not end-of-parade driver quotes.

Huge ETA on a dense curb usually means walk out along the outer ring toward a quieter pin rather than refreshing in place. Cancel and rebook only once you are somewhere cars can actually stop. Agree the pin before anyone peels alone.

Start that walk between troupes — do not wait for the densest block to clear magically.

Lit corners past the shuttered stretch are often easier pickup points.
