A tuk is ordinary. A Fort-is-shut price is not, because only Church Street is coned. Move a sitting Grab pin. Agree rupees. If the fare is not in the pocket, draw now. In Colombo this is an ordinary leftover decision. If the desk already holds, keep it. We would not leave anyone in a parked van. Then ask the desk which gate.
