Booth is open. Water has small chop. Kid wants a boat. Do they still hire, or is open just a man sitting.

If the booth is taking money they will hire. Chop on Gregory is ordinary wind, not a sea. Life jackets if they have them. Do not invent a lake closure. If the man shrugs and looks at the water, that shrug is the no - do not talk him into a boat he does not want to fetch.
