Group chat invented a Nuwara Eliya halt — treat it as a maybe, write the grown-up station — ordinary town Monday, not a festival

Stand at Nuwara Eliya, Monday 31 Aug. A group chat promised a later seated bus. A van is filling now. Elder in the group. Ordinary bags. I do not want a night tuk because we waited for a maybe. Ordinary town Monday, not a festival. Cannot tell if this is ordinary or a tired mistake. Locals, please contradict the group chat.

Sit the van that is filling. An empty reserved board at Nuwara Eliya is not a miracle. A group chat is not a timetable. Seated later beats standing now if an elder vetoes; standing now beats a night tuk if the last hop dies with light. Write the grown-up station. I will not invent a 31 Aug timetable.

We took the quieter fork at Nuwara Eliya. Fine. No one clapped.
