Our group is split — half want one more dense block, half want the lobby — about three hours in. How to break the tie without a fight. Not second wind versus peel as a solo feeling, and not elderly nodding off upright alone.

Body veto wins: standing-sleep kids, soaked shoes, sandpaper lenses, or anyone swaying ends the debate. Otherwise time-box one more gap, then peel together. Do not split the group across unknown pins this late.
