Twenty minutes on cool air, not heat, then the backup pair if they still feel cold; blasting heat cracks the glue.

I tried hot air last year and the sole lifted. Cool setting and newspaper stuffed in is slower and safer.

If you only have one pair, dry the insides and wear dry socks. Do not start the stand in wet foam.
