I want fish and tea, not a boat. Partner thinks Amber Hambantota–Pottuvil until 11:30 closes the harbour town. It is Wednesday, 01:25 in a room inland. Morning doubt on the sea; I am asking about the stalls.

Stalls open. Amber is the sea areas Hambantota to Pottuvil until 11:30, gusty, rough at times — not a fish-market padlock. Buy fish, drink tea, stay off a tourist boat until you fetch the PDF. Do not invent a town seal. Do not invent an all-clear for the water either.
