Need a handheld fan or cooling towel before we stand for First Randoli. Are shops near the lake still open 3 to 5 PM, or already sold out. Not looking for rain shells or umbrellas.

Lake-road and small tourist shops often still sell cheap handheld fans and cooling towels into mid-afternoon. Grab one before you claim a curb — once you are packed in, you will not want to leave.

Same stretch sometimes has cobblers — fix a strap while you buy the fan if needed.
