Stay where you can stand. Harbour morning; no whale is promised. Leftover chop is ordinary August sea, not a brochure. No inflatables past the first break. I will not invent an official warning colour.

Walk-up is still ordinary. Prepaid is a seat, not a sighting. I will not promise a whale. If the harbour shrugs, sit secret beach path.
Come early or be honest. Arriving at a listed start owns a shoulder view. 6:40 is listed, not a promise the first elephant is on the kerb.
