Taking an open tuk toward the Peradeniya side this morning. Hat for UV needed even if it stays soft and cloudy. Not recovery day hotel versus Peradeniya gardens as the whole debate, and not sunscreen-only framing.

Wear a hat in an open tuk — wind plus UV sneaks up. Pair with sunscreen on ears and neck. You can still keep the outing short so you are fresh for tonight.
