Factories are not closed by a Nuwara Eliya gazette plan. A shop cup is enough if leftover bodies will not stand a tour. In Hatton this is an ordinary leftover decision. That is the lived version, not a gazette. We would not buy a door-sale jeep. Then stop adding pins.
