Reserved was a rumour. We are at Hatton with bags. Local train toward Nanu Oya in an hour, or the A7 van that is filling now.

If the van is filling and Nuwara is the night, take the van. A local train is real but it is not a reserved view and it can sit. Ask the station board for the next local. If that board is thin and the van is there, the van is the desk.

Friends pushed leftover light. They arrived tired. We sat. Jumper weather is the hint.
