Write the board. At Keppetipola gap on 24 Aug that means ordinary van, not private-car number. I will not invent a fee, a festival, a whale, or a leopard. Skip is polite.
Kids: ordinary van. Pride turns this into a speech at the kerb and then owns a tantrum.
Ask two locals. The first number around private-car number is a test, not a fee I will invent.
