Heat rash on arms after street lights and standing last night. Aloe or similar from a pharmacy this morning, or just loose cotton today. Not shirt soaked change-in-lobby, and not perfume sweat thick curb mid-parade.

Loose cotton and a simple soothing gel from a pharmacy is the usual traveler fix. Stay out of harsh sun midday. If rash spreads with fever, escalate beyond self-care.
