The President just said a Central Highlands Conservation Authority Act will go to Parliament later this year or early next. We wanted Horton Plains this week. Still a walk, or will they shut it.

Still a walk. The Act is not law yet. It goes to Parliament later this year or early next, with ADB help. Go unless a park notice says otherwise. Do not invent a Horton Plains closure from a speech.

We would still book the 6 a.m. slot. A future authority is not a locked gate this week.

Check the park board the morning you go, like any other week. The speech was about stopping damage, not cancelling tickets.
